Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct training and development sessions to support career growth and skill enhancement.
- Assist in workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are highly desirable.
