Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career progression frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, including payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Drive culture-building initiatives that reflect Worldtech’s values and enhance team collaboration.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters, including conflict resolution and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy in Southeast Asia, with Indonesia-specific experience highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and familiarity with regional employment practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools to streamline HR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
