Responsibility

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback systems.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract, retain, and integrate top talent.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Drive organizational development by identifying training needs and coordinating leadership development programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
