Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback systems.
- Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract, retain, and integrate top talent.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Drive organizational development by identifying training needs and coordinating leadership development programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
