Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Design and execute talent development programs, including training and career progression plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools is highly desirable.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
