Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Partner with department heads to manage employee relations and resolve workplace queries effectively.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and leave management programs.
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects, such as performance management cycles and engagement initiatives.
- Provide regular HR analytics and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive capacity.
- Solid working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS).
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
