Schott Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in the North Region. In this role, you will serve as a key HR Generalist, acting as a strategic partner to the business while ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about talent acquisition, precise with payroll administration, and tech-savvy in managing HRIS platforms. Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Partner with department heads to manage employee relations and resolve workplace queries effectively.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and leave management programs.
  • Lead and support cross-functional HR projects, such as performance management cycles and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide regular HR analytics and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive capacity.
  • Solid working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS).
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
