Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis to support business development strategies.
- Help organize training and development programs for employees, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist in performance management processes, including tracking KPIs and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or business-related roles is a plus.
