Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and hiring efficiency, to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
