Responsibility
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with company values and business goals.
- Create and manage engaging content (social media, blogs, videos, etc.) to showcase Erajaya’s culture and employee value proposition.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all talent acquisition channels.
- Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics (e.g., Glassdoor ratings, social media engagement, candidate feedback) to refine strategies.
- Organize and promote employer branding events (career fairs, webinars, open houses) to attract top talent.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather and highlight employee success stories and testimonials.
- Stay updated on industry trends in employer branding and talent attraction to keep Erajaya competitive.
- Manage the employer branding budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or HR marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with experience in digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HR tech tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, analytics platforms) is a plus.
