Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead onboarding and leadership development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Manage the L&D budget and vendor relationships for external training resources.
- Promote a culture of learning through internal communications and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or L&D is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
