Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Assist in employee relations and HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
