Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with commercial partners and operational teams
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for operational staff across Jawa Barat
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with commercial objectives
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with external training providers when specialized expertise is required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in commercial training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in commercial/retail environments
- Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing learning solutions
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
