Responsibility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training requirements and create customized learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future-ready talent within the organization.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative and relevant training approaches.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed learning opportunities and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
