Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
