Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy enforcement to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office administration, including vendor management, facilities maintenance, and workplace safety to create a productive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain ethical practices.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
