Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing HR-related documents.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Provide general HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, procedures, and company benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
