Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing HR-related documents.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Provide general HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, procedures, and company benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, office support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
