Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of company assets, including inventory tracking, depreciation, and disposal processes.
- Oversee daily office administration, including supply procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to address logistical needs and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor office budgets related to GA functions, ensuring cost-effective spending and resource allocation.
- Organize and maintain office documentation, including legal permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance files.
- Support event planning and execution for company meetings, training sessions, and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facilities Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory or asset management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for office facilities in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
