As the HR & GA Manager, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage General Affairs operations, including office administration, facility maintenance, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in General Affairs or office administration is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
