Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Senior High School students in the TVL track, focusing on practical and technical skills.
- Design and implement hands-on training modules, workshops, and real-world projects to enhance student competency.
- Assess student performance through practical exams, projects, and theoretical evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with industry partners and local businesses to align course content with current labor market demands.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports in compliance with school and government regulations.
- Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure alignment with national and international TVL standards.
- Mentor students in career readiness, including resume writing, interview skills, and job placement assistance.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, competitions, or exhibitions to showcase student achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical-Vocational Teaching, or a related field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Culinary Arts, Automotive Technology).
- Valid teaching license or certification (preferably with TVL specialization) recognized in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Senior High School or vocational training, with a focus on TVL subjects.
- Proven expertise in one or more TVL specializations (e.g., Electronics, Hospitality, Welding, Computer Programming).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Familiarity with competency-based education (CBE) and outcomes-based teaching methodologies.
- Ability to integrate technology (e.g., LMS, simulation tools) into vocational training.
