Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the K-12 SHS curriculum standards.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions for both core subjects and academic track-specific modules.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through varied formative and summative assessments.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and counseling to students to support their personal and professional development.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and behavioral progress reports.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to refine curriculum strategies and improve school-wide learning outcomes.
- Participate in school committees, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development seminars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (BSED) or a Bachelor’s degree with 18 professional units in Education.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Teachers (LET).
- Proven experience in teaching Senior High School students or equivalent educational settings.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 academic track curriculum and subject-specific competencies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and modern educational technology tools.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student learning styles.
