Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans that align with the DepEd K-12 curriculum standards.
- Facilitate learning in core subjects and specialized academic track courses to ensure students meet competency requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports the diverse learning needs of senior high school students.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty and administrators to develop curriculum enhancements and extracurricular school programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral outcomes.
- Participate in professional development workshops and departmental meetings to stay updated on modern educational trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree or units are highly preferred).
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LET/BLEPT) in the Philippines.
- In-depth knowledge of Senior High School core subject matter and relevant academic tracks.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse groups of learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, online management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about academic mentorship and student empowerment.
