Responsibility
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain MSME clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points of local businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, partners, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Lead on-the-ground initiatives, including workshops, demos, and training sessions for MSMEs.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to refine Majoo’s products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Majoo remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s MSME ecosystem and digital transformation challenges.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
