Responsibility
- Lead packaging design projects from concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency and market appeal
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to create innovative packaging solutions
- Incorporate AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in the design process
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for packaging across product lines
- Conduct market research to identify packaging trends and consumer preferences
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and safety standards
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to the design team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in health/wellness or FMCG industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging design solutions
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and digital prototyping
- Excellent understanding of printing processes, materials, and production techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
