Responsibility
- Develop and refine detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and layout plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Review and validate technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility before submission.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, revisions, and as-built drawings in a structured digital library.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior draftsmen and design team members.
- Stay updated on emerging drafting technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to align drawings with on-ground requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman, with a portfolio showcasing technical drawing expertise.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical specifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
