Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and mood boards to present design ideas.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Select and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet quality and budget requirements.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
