Responsibility
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design plans, including 2D/3D models, renderings, and construction documents using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to refine design concepts and ensure feasibility, functionality, and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead the space planning and layout optimization for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, balancing aesthetics with practicality.
- Create high-quality presentations (mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material palettes) to pitch ideas to stakeholders and secure project approvals.
- Oversee the technical aspects of design, including structural integrity, lighting, acoustics, and sustainability considerations (e.g., LEED or green building standards).
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, monitor progress, and resolve design-related challenges during construction.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; licensed architect (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion).
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methodologies in Indonesia (or adaptability to local standards).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design visions to clients and teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience with eco-friendly materials is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
