Responsibility
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts from initial sketches to final presentations, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to deliver cohesive and high-quality projects.
- Lead design mentorship for junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather insights, identify challenges, and propose practical design solutions.
- Utilize BIM, CAD, and 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards in all designs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., LEED, NCARB) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
