Responsibility
- Lead the development of all graphic design projects, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive visual strategies that align with business goals.
- Design and refine user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to style guides and design standards.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to achieve the best results.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch for UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
