Responsibility
- Edit and enhance video content (e.g., trimming, color correction, adding transitions, and subtitles) to meet client specifications.
- Refine written content (blogs, social media posts, scripts) for clarity, tone, and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visual and textual consistency across projects.
- Manage and organize digital assets (images, videos, documents) in cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
- Provide creative input for social media campaigns, including thumbnail design and caption suggestions.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro) and content creation tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via Slack, email, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, or content creation (portfolio or samples required).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
