Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand-aligned design concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to create high-impact visual content that supports business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
- Design digital assets (banners, infographics, email templates, etc.) optimized for performance and user engagement.
- Produce print-ready materials (brochures, reports, packaging) with meticulous attention to detail and production standards.
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Conduct quality control on all deliverables, ensuring error-free, polished outputs that reflect the company’s premium standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch for UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in corporate or agency settings, managing stakeholders and aligning designs with business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design rationale and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence and precision.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
