Responsibility
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for brand promotions, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with directors, designers, and marketers to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in color grading, pacing, and visual style across all video assets.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) with tailored formats and aspect ratios.
- Manage and organize media libraries, project files, and assets for efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to elevate video quality and innovation.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of creativity and technical precision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (2+ years preferred) with a strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, commercials, or social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects; familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual composition, pacing, and emotional impact.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback and revisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content (e.g., thumbnails, captions, metadata).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
