Responsibility
- Monitor and track government auction announcements, tender invitations, and procurement opportunities across relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a centralized database of active and upcoming tenders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on tender progress, project milestones, and compliance status for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align bid submissions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in government contracting to identify strategic opportunities.
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify project specifications and resolve administrative queries.
- Ensure all documentation and submissions adhere to legal and procedural standards.
- Provide administrative support for contract negotiations, renewals, and post-award processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Public Administration, Business, Law, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government administration, tender management, or procurement, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of managing tender processes, from identification to submission, in a corporate or NGO setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software or CRM tools.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian government procurement laws and e-procurement systems (e.g., LPSE) is highly desirable.
