Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping systems.
- Oversee licence and permit applications, renewals, and compliance to ensure legal adherence.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and processing leave requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required by management.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or SME environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with licence management, compliance procedures, and basic HR processes is advantageous.
