Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Support project execution by ensuring timely completion of MEP-related tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems, general affairs, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in using building management systems and related software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards.
