Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features for tax software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and security for enterprise-level users.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our tech stack.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of cloud-based applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python (or similar languages/frameworks).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of database design, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with tax compliance software, financial systems, or ERP integrations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global teams.
