Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET, Java, or Rust to support a high-traffic freight management platform.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
- Lead frontend development with React or Angular, delivering intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure seamless integration between microservices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline deployment and ensure code quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in full-stack development, cloud computing, and DevOps to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with expertise in .NET, Java, Rust, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and optimization for performance.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
