Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles, from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including mobile banking enhancements, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards in all digital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Project Manager, Scrum Master).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital projects in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agilist are highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of digital banking trends, including open banking, AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a focus on results and collaboration.
