Responsibility
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of telecom towers, antennas, and cell-site equipment in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of telecom infrastructure.
- De-install and relocate equipment as required, following safety protocols and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all field operations.
- Document all installation and maintenance activities, including as-built drawings and service reports.
- Assist in site surveys and feasibility assessments for new telecom deployments.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecom installation, tower rigging, or cell-site maintenance.
- Certification in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, microwave links, and fiber optic cabling.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions (safety harness certification preferred).
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized telecom testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites in Bali.
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
