Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes, reduce operational costs, and improve decision-making.
- Lead the digital transformation of internal systems, including ERP, CRM, and workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT and departmental teams to assess needs, design technical solutions, and oversee deployment.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and scalability.
- Train and support employees in adopting new digital tools and AI applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, RPA) and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in all digital systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on project progress and ROI of digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, digital systems, or business process automation.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zapier).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
