Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails for backend and React for frontend.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and databases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
