Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based HR and payroll software using modern full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
- Optimize backend APIs and databases for speed, reliability, and scalability to support growing user demands.
- Build and enhance frontend interfaces with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, tax compliance tools, or analytics platforms) to extend platform functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for HR and payroll challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL and NoSQL), and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with HR or payroll software is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
