Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes using Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable Agile user stories and backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Identify process gaps, propose data-driven solutions, and implement best practices for digital transformation.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of Agile initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Act as a change agent by promoting Agile adoption and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on Agile principles, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Work closely with leadership to align Agile strategies with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or Agile project management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of implementing Agile frameworks in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) and familiarity with digital transformation projects.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
