Responsibility
- Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D, process engineering, and production teams to implement advanced fabrication techniques and troubleshoot process deviations.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to analyze process performance, identify root causes of defects, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for manufacturing teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rates, and equipment utilization, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI) and Micronâs safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
- Partner with equipment vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate, test, and integrate new manufacturing tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in front-end semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in processes such as lithography, etch, deposition, or implantation.
- Proven track record of process optimization, yield enhancement, and defect reduction in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, MATLAB).
- Experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., ASML, Applied Materials, Lam Research) and familiarity with Fab operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a 24/7 production environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
