Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate civil and steel construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage on-site teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and engineers, to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify structural integrity and quality of materials.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays.
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and steel construction supervision.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali.
