Responsibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to present financial reports, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Streamline and automate financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by US-based clients.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience working with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
