Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for regional and global operations.
- Prepare and present P&L statements, budget forecasts, and financial performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Korean and international stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data flow.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage financial audits and risk assessments in collaboration with external partners.
- Mentor and guide finance team members to enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
