Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic business decisions.
- Analyze inventory trends, cost structures, and profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
- Automate financial reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business initiatives or investments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in all financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (Philippine/US time zones) with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements through automation.
