Responsibility
- Financial Leadership: Oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support scalable growth.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity, working capital, and treasury functions across multiple entities.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Co-Founder and leadership team to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Develop KPIs, financial models, and data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports for investors, boards, and internal teams.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the business.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in digital, tech, or high-growth startups.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Regional Expertise: Experience managing finances across Southeast Asian markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), advanced Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills to engage with global stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
