Responsibility
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts for US and APAC entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead variance analysis between actuals vs. budget/forecast, providing clear explanations for discrepancies and actionable recommendations.
- Design and automate financial reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to streamline decision-making for senior management.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and accurate consolidation of multi-currency financial statements.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spend trends, identifying savings opportunities, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with department heads to refine budgeting processes and improve forecast accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of FP&A experience, with US market exposure (e.g., working with US-based clients or subsidiaries).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Anaplan) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and multi-entity consolidation principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
