The Bureau of Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fire Officer to lead critical emergency response operations in Badung, Bali. This is a vital leadership role for professionals passionate about public safety, fire prevention, and crisis management.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise fire suppression, rescue, and emergency medical response operations.
- Develop and enforce fire safety regulations, codes, and prevention programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections of commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Train and mentor junior fire officers and emergency response teams.
- Coordinate with local authorities, law enforcement, and healthcare providers during large-scale incidents.
- Oversee the maintenance and readiness of fire trucks, equipment, and protective gear.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and post-emergency analyses for continuous improvement.
- Educate the public on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and disaster preparedness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in advanced fire suppression, hazardous materials handling, and emergency medical response.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian fire safety laws, NFPA standards, and international best practices.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous duties in high-stress environments.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with fire apparatus operation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
