Responsibility
- Develop and manage comprehensive investor communications, including quarterly reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses that clearly articulate portfolio performance and market trends
- Collaborate with global asset class teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Create data-driven narratives that explain portfolio movements, attribution analysis, and risk metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor and interpret global market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may impact investor communications strategy
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to enhance efficiency and data visualization
- Coordinate with external auditors, legal teams, and compliance officers to ensure all investor communications meet regulatory requirements (IFRS, GAAP, etc.)
- Present complex financial information to senior management and investors through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and enhanced analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, investor relations, or portfolio analysis, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work effectively in remote/hybrid teams with excellent time management and self-motivation skills
